is a great place for students to grow and learn!
The Paideia (py-dee-a) philosophy "celebrates the fundamental notion that to be fully educated is a lifelong adventure that only begins with an individual's formal schooling."
A comprehensive course of study is followed that incorporates three complementary instructional techniques:
1. Didactic instruction;
2. Intellectual coaching: and
3. Seminar discussion.
We, at Haynes, are very excited about the creation of the many student projects and student seminars that are integral parts of the Paideia program.
Click here for more information about the Paideia Philosophy: The National Paideia Center is an affiliate of The University of North Carolina.
It is going to be an exciting year as we prepare our students for the future.

However, we are proud of our students and the hard work that they have put forth to make the semester very productive despite the weather conditions. At the end of this month, our winter athletic teams will be wrapping up their season. Please continue to support our student athletes and show your Wildcat pride! School spirit week is February 3-7, 2014. Students are encouraged to show their school spirit by participating in the following activities:
