Our Parent Teacher Student Organization (PTSO) conducted a Penny Drive to raise money for Haynes during November 2008.  Teachers were encouraged to decorate a jar and have students collect pennies (other coins were gladly accepted too!). The goal for each homeroom was to raise at least $10. All homeroom classes that raised at least $10 were rewarded with a special dress down day on Friday, November 21st.

An annual Chili Supper/Concert was held the first week of December to help boost PTSO membership.

Each year our PTSO assists us with school fundraising and with our annual Spring Health Fair.
